Return Policy

**Being an exclusive nonprofit sale #PranaahCares doesn’t fall under the general return policies and terms & conditions. The policies and processes for this sale do not support exchanges, returns and customization of any kind. To know more, please reach out to us at [email protected]

General Return Policy:

  • We accept cancellations and returns only if there are no  alterations or personalized customization demanded by the customer .
  • Refund will only be possible as an exchange of garment or as a credit note valid only for the duration of 6 months .
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange of garments .
  • Exchange only possible if the garment has not been used and if there is no wear and tear according to the brand  parameters.
  • In the event of cancellation of an order, request cancellation within 2 days of purchase or placing the order if customized
  • No cancellations or exchange possible on customized outfits

Delivery Locations:

  • Delivery within the country will only be possible to areas which are listed with the shipping/courier service providers
  • International shipping available with additional payment, to all countries listed with the shipping /courier service providers.

Delivery Time:

  • Despatch of the outfit both retail/customized will only be possible upon full payment of the order
  • For international couriers the outfit will be dispatched only once we receive the courier amount.
  • Our staff will update you on the shipping charges, depending on the weight of the package and the delivery location.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items.

Damaged Item In Transport:

  • If there is any damage found to the packaging at the time of delivery contact us immediately to our mail ID [email protected] along with the video showing us the actual condition of the packaging and the outfit when received.
